These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Calcverse Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Age Difference Calculator (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Age Difference Calculator is a free, browser-based tool that calculates the difference between two dates of birth — in years, months, and days — along with related details such as total days, zodiac signs, and the next shared birthday. Our suite includes related calculators for age, date difference, birthdays, and more.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for or store the dates you enter. The service is provided “as is” and free of charge.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may share links to our pages freely.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of our content as your own.
• Use automated systems that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or reverse-engineer the Site’s security or operation.
• Use the Site to break any applicable law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

We work hard to make the math correct — accounting for leap years, varying month lengths, and month-end edge cases. Even so, the results are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

You are responsible for the dates you enter and for how you interpret the result. We make no warranty that any calculation will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, articles, and underlying code are owned by Calcverse Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Age Difference Calculator name and branding are our trademarks.

You may quote short excerpts of our written guides with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Any other reproduction requires our prior written permission. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA & copyright policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites and may display advertising served by partners such as Google. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calcverse Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or improvements. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the courts located in that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
